The Answer To How Is Yes

Want To Take ‘The Secret’ To A Whole New Level?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
By: K Walker

Many times we are introduced to ideas, things or situations that we would like to have, so much so that we automatically start wondering 'how' we will get them. We will see a beautiful home, or a fancy car, and wish we could have one just like it.

Our minds start role playing all the different 'ways' we can think of to get what it is we are desiring. Unfortunately, this method of thinking usually does not serve us very well because we are trying to figure out the answer based on our current situations.

How to Develop Visualization A Key Component to Goal Attainment and Manifestation

By: Dean Lacono

I"m sure we've all heard something to the effect that to attain your goals, to manifest your desires to accomplish great things, you need to visualize the object of your desire as already accomplished. Some people can do this easily, some of us put too much pressure on the need to visualize and manifest that this becomes a chore. It is also frustrating when we don't "see" that which we desire.

Imagination The Power of Visualization

By: Hazel Lim

The way someone lives their life, their environment and the people they surround themselves with is really a window into their thoughts and feelings. The law of attraction is a double edged sword, and to put the power of visualization to work in your life you need to keep your imagination in constant check. The problem for many people is maintaining a clear picture of the direction they want their life to take and what it is exactly that would make them feel fulfilled.

3 Golden Keys To Conscious Creation

In the time it will take to read this letter, I will reveal how you can use a few powerful hidden strategies - derived from ancient wisdom - to become your own wish-granting Genie.

When I first released Vol 1 of Conversations With the World’s Top Manifestation Mentors in July 2005, a bright, shiny, Olympic-caliber moment went thru my body. Jumping for joy, I must have felt like an unstoppable 3-time Gold Medalist because, “I’m pretty sure”, I said to my business partner at the time…

Visualization for Wealth, Happiness and Success

By: Kris Sroka

There are different methods for achieving wealth, happiness or success. One of the best and most enjoyable is visualization. If you do it right you are on the way to your goals. If not, it might be just dreaming.

What is visualization? For the purpose of manifestation and attraction, visualization means experiencing what you want to achieve in the future, in the present. For us there is past, present and future, but everything is the same energy. By experiencing something now in my mind I can attract it to me. Of course there is a buffer of time. We must wait to see the results of our visualizations.

The word visualization suggests that we must see things in our mind. But it's not true. There are three kinds of people: visually oriented, feeling oriented (kinesthetic) and auditory oriented. If you are a visually oriented person it will be the easiest for you to see an actual image. If you are a feeling oriented person it will be the easiest for you to imagine physical sensation. If you are an auditory person it will be the easiest for you to hear a narration in your mind about it. If you don't know yet what kind of person you are, do all three kinds and you will find out which suits you the best. Some people combine all three ways of visualizing and if you are comfortable with it that would be the best. Whatever works for you, do it as often as you want, but you should enjoy the process, don't make it a chore.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and visualize. Feel what you experiencing in your mind. The more feeling you put in your visualization the quicker you will manifest your desires.

Important thing is not to get attached to your dreams. When you visualize just enjoy it. Don't get impatient. Don't think when it comes. Very helpful with visualizations is Sedona Method. Using Sedona Method you can let go of your feelings and thoughts that say you can't get it. You can achieve the state "I don't give a hoot if I get it or not". In such a state it's easy to manifest your desires.

Wealth Manifestation

by Kris Sroka

In this article I will write about Wealth Manifestation, the subject that is creating a lot of controversy.

Everybody wants to be wealthy. Some people believe that it is predestined if someone becomes wealthy or poor. Some people believe that we can become wealthy by hard work. Some people think that blind luck or accident decides if someone becomes wealthy or poor, or something between.

Wealth can mean different things for different people, but for most people wealth means riches or money. Can wealth be manifested? I'm sure it can, although it's not so easy. Everything starts with mind creation. Before new business can be created, someone has to have some idea of it in his or her mind. What decides that some people follow their ideas and become wealthy, but most fail?

Jack Canfield in his book "The Success Principles" presents timeless principles of successful people. The first principles are: "Take 100% Responsibility for Your Life", "Be Clear Why You're Here", "Decide What You Want", "Believe It's Possible", "Believe in Yourself". There's no space here to list all sixty-four principles (I recommend reading the book. It's really good), but most of the principles require to have controlled mind which can be focused on the goal and brings manifestation of that goal.

Focus on the goal, positive attitude, gratefulness, clear vision and all other success principles cannot be applied without mind control. As Charles Haanel writes in The Master Key System "...the secret of all power, all achievement, and all possession depends upon what we 'think'." So our mental attitude is the most important thing. To have the right mental attitude we must control our minds and in this way we can manifest what we want to manifest.

One of the synonyms of the word "manifestation" is the word "materialization". Manifestation is not some kind of magic or miracle. To manifest something right "mental" work is first required which must be followed by "physical" work. Without proper "mental" work or attitude there is no possibility of manifesting wealth, doesn't matter how hard we work using our bodies.

To control the mind or the right mental attitude isn't easy, that's why most people fail. Now thanks to more information about Manifestation and The Law of Attraction, people start learning how to manifest wealth and happiness.

Is wealth manifestation possible? Definitely yes!

Manifest Life Manifestation Portal - The Best Manifestation Portal

by Kris Sroka

My subscribers often ask me if there is one place on the internet where they can find different tools to achieve success, read something inspiring or listen to something that will really motivate them . Can they find such a place? I will try to answer this question in this article later, but first let’s see who are the people that ask such questions.

In my opinion there are two kinds of people. Some people just live their lives without any thinking or deliberation why their lives are as they are. Some of them (not many) are happy with their lives and just enjoy them.

Most of people aren’t happy with their lives, but they don't know how to change them or how to improve them. Unfortunately they often don’t even think about such possibility. They usually live from day to day, being completely under control of their minds and senses. They usually whine a lot and blame everybody for their troubles except themselves.

Life can be always changed and improved, even in the most difficult situations, but only if we take responsibility for our lives and make an effort to do it.

The other kind of people is people who believe that they can change and improve their lives. They are searching for answers to their questions and solutions to their problems. They want to take control of their lives. Such people often become interested in self improvement and self development.

Sometimes they become confused and bewildered because there’s so much information and lots of resources in the self improvement field. Some people say that most of it is just rubbish like tons of “make money online” information. I don’t think this is the case. The problem is people are different and different methods work differently for them. What works for me won’t necessarily work for you.

Also people have different needs. Although everybody wants to have perfect situation in such areas of life like wealth, health and relationships, we are seldom completely satisfied or completely suck in all of them. So, is there a tool, a website, a book or a place where people can find answers to their questions and solutions to their problems? Yes, I have found such a place and it has helped me to improve my life dramatically. It’s Manifest Life’s Manifestation Portal.

How to Visualize to Attract What You Want

How to Visualize to Attract What You Want
by Kris Sroka

Visualization is a great tool for manifestation.. If done properly it can be not only the great manifestation tool, but you can also enjoy deep relaxation.
How to visualize?

Sit down comfortably and relax. It usually helps a lot to first concentrate on your breathing. The breathing is directly connected with the mind. Yogis used pranayama breathing techniques to control their minds.

Some people prefer to visualize with closed eyes, but some prefer to do this process with open eyes.

Start by thinking about the things you want to attract. Then use your imagination and paint a picture of your life as if you have already achieved your goal. Get into the situation as much as you can. Include your emotions in the picture. Enjoy your success. See your goal and your perfect life. See yourself living the life full of love, bliss and abundance.

Although the word visualization suggests the process must be visual, it really doesn’t have to be.

If you don’t know yet what kind of person you are, do all three kinds and you will find out which suits you the best. Some people combine all three ways of visualizing and if you are comfortable with it that would be the best. Whatever works for you, do it as often as you want, but you should enjoy the process, don’t make it a chore.

Remember that you can read countless books about the Law of Attraction, but if you don’t take action and apply the law consciously you might not get results you want. Visualization is the tool that can help you to apply the Law of Attraction and the Science of Manifestation.

Feeling Bored or Restless?

Feeling Bored or Restless?
That’s Actually a Good Sign!
By Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler
© 2007

The brilliant Benjamin Franklin once said, “When you’re finished changing, you’re finished.”

Interestingly, change often begins with a feeling of being bored, restless, or dissatisfied with the direction or circumstances of your life.

SO -- if YOU are feeling bored, restless, or dissatisfied – this may actually be a very positive thing. It may be a signal you’re at a major turning point in your life.

Why? Because your “box” has become too small.

You know what a box looks like. It has four sides, a bottom and a top, and is made to contain something within its limits.

Each of us creates our own box, or set of limits, for our life. These limits are based on beliefs about our past experiences – and the internal “rules” we create to avoid future pain and failure. This box then becomes our reality – a comfort zone that lulls us to sleep.

The problem? Your box then sets the boundaries of what is possible for you. So… if you feel sick and tired of feeling boxed in, that’s actually a great sign. It’s time to bust out. You may, in fact, be ripe for a quantum leap!

Here’s the BIG SECRET you need to know about busting out and creating new levels of success in your life: Achieving a goal is NOT what makes you a success. Success is created by *becoming the person* to whom your goal belongs.

Think about that for a moment.

Rather than struggling to achieve a goal, what if you instead committed to focus your daily life on *becoming* the person that goal belongs to, and let the goal achievement come to YOU.

If you are ready for to break out of the box, I’ve got an amazing solution for you. Go take a look at what these very real people accomplished in only 6 short weeks:

I suggest you jump on this. The number of participants is limited, and the doors WILL be shut when the program is full.

Tobacco Control

American Lung Association Report Shows 2007 Shaping Up to be a Banner Year for Tobacco Control Policies.

Mid-Year Update Details Progress to Date in 2007;

7 States Significantly Strengthened Smokefree Air Laws, 8 Raised Tobacco Taxes

New York, NY (July 24, 2007) – In 2007, many states have taken strong action to protect their citizens from tobacco by making public places and workplaces smokefree, raising tobacco taxes, and passing laws to protect citizens from cigarette-caused fires, according to a report released today by the American Lung Association.

In the 2007 Mid-Term Update to its publication State Legislated Actions on Tobacco Issues or SLATI, the Lung Association summarizes state tobacco control laws enacted in 2007 on smokefree air, tobacco taxes, smoking prevention spending and fire-safety standards for cigarettes among other issues.

“In January 2006, the American Lung Association issued its Smokefree Air 2010 Challenge, urging all states to adopt strong smokefree air laws. The 2007 SLATI Mid-Term Report shows significant progress continues to be made. 22 states and the District of Columbia have laws fully protecting their citizens from secondhand smoke. We challenge policymakers in the remaining states to do the same,” said Bernadette A. Toomey, President and CEO of the American Lung Association.

Also in 2007, eight states have increased their cigarette taxes, already matching the total for all of 2006. Forty-three states and the District of Columbia have increased their cigarette tax at least once since 2002. “We are encouraged that states continue to increase tobacco taxes, which makes cigarettes more costly. Higher cigarette prices deter young people from starting to smoke and help motivate adult smokers to quit,” said Toomey.

An increasing number of states have approved legislation setting fire-safety standards for cigarettes. Twelve states have approved this legislation in 2007, and three more states have legislation awaiting action by the governor. “This legislation is vital in the fight to reduce the 700 to 900 deaths annually from fires caused by cigarettes and other smoking materials,” she added.

A PDF copy of 2007 SLATI Mid-Term Report is available online. This website is also the home of the online version of SLATI, which is updated on a regular basis to reflect changes in state tobacco control laws throughout the year.

About the American Lung AssociationBeginning our second century, the American Lung Association is the leading organization working to prevent lung disease and promote lung health. Revolutionary Sleep Researcher Reveals What Drug Companies Don’t Want Insomniacs To Know

Most Doctors haven't got a clue when it comes to curing chronic insomnia, insomniacs often get poor advice and end up taking expensive drugs, which not only cost them a fortune, but create many negative side effects that make their lives more miserable than they were before. A new discovery shows insomniacs how to literally flush sleeping pills down the toilet forever and cure insomnia without expensive drugs or therapy.

“80% of chronic insomnia sufferers are scared to death to seek treatment! They're afraid of the many side effects of sleeping pills, as well as having their problem labeled as a “mental” disorder by a psychiatrist,” says Kacper Postawski, Canada's leading expert on curing chronic insomnia. Postawski goes on to say “any insomniac can quickly use some of the tools of our discovery to cure their insomnia without expensive drugs, or therapists who insist they buy expensive and addictive sugar-coated candy.”

- How the recent discovery of an innovative treatment called neuro-linguistic programming, or NLP, can change a person’s sleep pattern

- How movies have misrepresented how devastating insomnia can be

- Why 80% of insomniacs are scared to death to get help

- How to cure their insomnia with safe and easy, drug free methods

- How to get rid of sleeping pills without the dangerous withdrawal (and make the process fun and empowering)

- What the real cause of insomnia is

“Chronic insomnia has devastating effects on people's lives, and there's only a handful of helpful information on it out there,” says Postawski, “we show insomniacs what the drug companies don't want them to know.”

Is It Possible to Optimize Your Sleep, and Have More Energy in Your Life than When You Slept 8 Hours or Longer?

There’s actually a method to optimize your body’s inner sleep system to sleep better, and have more energy in your life than when you slept 10, or even 13 hours. Sleep expert Kacper Postawski spills the beans in his fascinating new ebook “Sleep Wiz.” While most people think sleep is just “sleep,” it is actually a complex and fascinating system which you can OPTIMIZE your sleep system, and create an abundance of energy in your life.

In this fascinating new ebook, Kacper shares with you:

* The four most important elements which your inner sleep clock relies on to determine when to sleep, how long you sleep, and how energizing your sleep is. Discovering these principles will allow you to gain a firm understanding of how to gain control over your sleep and daily energy level.

* How to optimize your Inner Sleep Clock so that it's possible for you to sleep better, and increase the quality, and power of your sleep (If you don't do this, you will do more damage to your body.)

* What really happens to your body while you sleep? While most people think sleep is just "sleep", your body is busier when you're sleeping than when you're awake. The inner sleep system is a complex mechanism which is affected by many things you do on a daily basis. (Most of them you're not aware of). This is a key understanding to optimizing your sleep.

How Does the Law of Attraction Work?

The Law of Attraction is becoming more and more known by more and more people. The biggest reason for this is probably the popularity of the movie “The Secret” which has been seen by lots of people.

The movie is the great introduction to the knowledge of the Law of Attraction, but unfortunately there is a lot of misunderstanding about how the Law of Attraction works. Many people think that they must think about what they want, visualize it and that their thoughts influence the energy and what they want will manifest.

Your Thoughts Have the Power to Attract

If you start analyzing the things around you, you will come to the conclusion that everything is energy. The whole Universe is made of energy. This energy manifests in different ways and it is moving and constantly changing with different speeds.

If you look at living things, they are created, they grow, they produce other living things, they decline and ultimately they die. But actually nothing is really created. The energy always exists. Something that “existed” changed into something that “is” now. The energy is the same.

The Law of Karma and Manifestation

Have you heard about the Law of Karma? It’s the Law of Cause and Effect. The law states that for every cause there is an effect and for every effect there is a cause.

As we know from physics there is and equal and opposite reaction for every action. So whatever you do, it will come back to you. If you “send” good you will receive good reactions, and if you “send” bad you will receive bad reactions. Good creates good and bad creates bad.

Manifestation and Meditation

by Kris Sroka

I guess that you already know something about Manifestation and the Law of Attraction. You know that you can manifest the life of your dreams and that you can attract whatever you want into your life.

Of course theoretical knowledge is not what we want. We want the results. Unfortunately we attract not only good things, but also bad things. That’s why we must be careful about what we think. Positive thoughts bring good things into our lives and negative thoughts bring bad things into our lives.

Unfortunately positive thinking is not enough. Really important are good feelings. Positive thinking should lead to good feelings. When we feel good, then we will really attract the good things we want, like good health, wealth and happiness.

Now you might ask “how can I control my mind?”, “how can I maintain positive thoughts?” or “how can I feel good when my life is so stressful?” etc. All of your questions are good and there are many answers to them. The main point is that there can’t be a real success without mind control. All the successful and happy people are people who can control and discipline their minds and lives.

Of course you can now give me the examples of famous and wealthy people who lead anything but disciplined lives, but if you do I will ask you: “Are they also really happy people?” I don’t know any.

Let’s go back to the question “how to control the mind?” There are different methods, but the best and the easiest is meditation. Meditation is the key to Manifestation, to attracting success and happiness.

There are many different methods for meditation, but first you need to learn how to be still. First you need to discipline your body and mind to sit quietly for at least fifteen minutes, gradually extending the time to at least thirty minutes.

First you need to learn how to be still and quiet. Sit with your back straight. You can sit down on a chair or on the floor with crossed legs, whatever way is more comfortable for you. You can let your mind wander at first, but do not let it to break your stillness and silence. After a few times of such meditation you will see very positive changes in the way you think and feel. Then you can move to the next stages of meditation and learn how to control your mind even better, but first you need to learn how to be still and quiet for at least thirty minutes.

Manifestation Portal - the Best for Self Improvement

I first became aware of Manifestation Portal when I read "Manifesting Mindset". The book opened my eyes to the Science of Manifestation and the knowledge of the Law of Attraction.

Apart of learning of the above I found also that because of Manifestation Portal instead of having to endlessly surf the internet to find the best of the best in effective self-improvement, I can find audios, videos, documentaries, pdf’s, articles, and even computer software: all designed to easily improve my finances, health, figure, business, attitude and even love life, in one place.

I have been visiting this site for several months now and I am fascinated with the easy, sensible and even logical approaches to getting what you want. It’s amazing, but so many things that I have been taught will make us successful and happy, are actually just the opposite of what we need to do to be emotionally, physically and financially successful.

Give this site a try. What have you got to lose, except your repetitively negative and non-productive thoughts? Learn to think about and concentrate on the right things….and new doors will easily open. I'm really impressed with what this site offers. If you want to improve your life in any way go to Manifrestation Portal

The more I consider the power of thought, the more amazed I become. God has given us a powerful tool to shape our destiny and this tool is our mind. In other words, their environment controls what they think. And what they think is manifested by how they live.

What Innovation Can Do to Your Life

It's a talent that everyone has, yet they think they don't. The power of innovation. If you've ever marvelled at somebody's creative prowess, guess what, you can create and innovate too. It just takes time. Everyone is born creative. The box of crayons in kindergarten were not limited to those who possessed potential; because the truth is, everybody has potential.

You know how long it took to learn to ride a bike or drive or to never commit the same mistake again? It's the same with innovation. It takes a bit of practice and a lot of time before this mind function comes easily when called. This article will teach you a few tips on how to bring innovation into your life.

Don't listen to what other people say. Follow the beat of your own drum. Allowing for the input of other people will only bring cacophony to the music you are trying to make. If you have an original idea, don't waste your time and effort trying to make people understand. They won't. And the help you will probably get comes in the form of negative feedback. If all those geniuses listened to their peers, we would probably still be living in the middle ages.

Spend time on it. I cannot stress that enough, although, please do not mistake this tip to tell you to quit your day job entirely. Do not. This involves some tricky time management but with a little discipline you'll be able to squeeze both in.

Exercise. Take a walk. Run a mile or two. Send all those endorphins coursing through your veins. Exercising certainly clears and relaxes your mind and allows for anything to pop up.

Record your dreams. Aren't some of them just the craziest things that your conscious mind would never have thought of? If you've had these dreams before, and I'm sure have, this only shows you the untapped innovative power you have lying within. So jot down those notes. Those dreams may just create an innovative spark in you.

Find your own style. You can always tell a Van Gogh from a Matisse. You'll know Hemingway wrote something by the choice of words on the paper. So it is the same with you. People will appreciate your innovation more because it is uniquely yours and that no one else would have thought of what you were thinking. That will let people see how valuable an asset you are.

Don't hide behind nifty gadgets or tools. You don't need the most expensive set of paints to produce a masterpiece. The same way with writing. You don't need some expensive fountain pen and really smooth paper for a bestseller. In fact, J.K. Rowling wrote the first book of the Harry Potter Series on bits of tissue. So what if you've got an expensive SLR camera if you're a crappy photographer? Who cares if you've got a blinging laptop if you can't write at all? The artist actually reduces the number of tools he has as he gets better at his craft: he knows what works and what doesn't.

Nothing will work without passion. What wakes you up in the mornings? What keeps the flame burning? What is the one thing that you'll die if you don't do? Sometimes people with talent are overtaken by the people who want it more. Think the hare and the tortoise. Ellen Degeneres once said that if you're not doing something that you want to do, then you don't really want to do it. And that's true. Sometimes you just want something so bad you become a virtual unstoppable. And that is passion. Passion will keep you going.

Don't worry about inspiration. You can't force it; inspiration hits when you least expect it to, for those unpredictable yet inevitable moments you should prepare. An idea could strike you on the subway, yet alas, you poor unfortunate soul; you have no sheet of paper to scribble down a thought that could change the world. Avoid these disasters. Have a pen and paper within your arm's reach at all times.

I hope this article has helped you bring more innovation into your life. Keep in mind that you're doing these things for your own satisfaction and not anybody else's. But soon enough they will notice, and everything should snowball from there.

Happy as You Want to Be

Almost everyone have heard the hit single 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferiin's simple message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.

Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

One of the better things ever said is - 'The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change', and in our life we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change.

Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable still try and make an effort to understand the situation and you might just get along with well with

Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it is a way to make a life more wonderful and also more healthy.

To be happy is relatively easy, just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

There are several ways by which you can do this.

Being grateful is a great attitude. We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mails, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can't start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

A religious connection is also recommended. Being part of a religious group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations foster inner peace.

Manage your time. Time is invaluable and too important to waste. Time management can be viewed as a list of rules that involves scheduling, setting goals, planning, creating lists of things to do and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

Laugh and laugh heartily everyday. Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -'Laughter is the best medicine'.

Express your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you. They will most likely reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep pent up anger of frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.

Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, they give us a sense of value. Work on things that you feel worthy of your time.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new everyday. Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons. And could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.

These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

And always remember the quote from Abraham Lincoln, he says that, "Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."

Who's the Boss?

10 ways to start taking control (time management, goal setting, record tracking)

At first glance, it would seem that positive thinking and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) have nothing to do with one another. But many of us with ADD develop negative thinking patterns because we become frustrated by our challenges and frequent feelings of being overwhelmed. This negative outlook then makes it even harder for us to manage those challenges and move forward.

Practicing positive thinking allows people with ADD to focus on our strengths and accomplishments, which increases happiness and motivation. This, in turn, allows us to spend more time making progress, and less time feeling down and stuck. The following tips provide practical suggestions that you can use to help you shift into more positive thinking patterns:

1. Take Good Care of Yourself
It's much easier to be positive when you are eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest.

2. Remind Yourself of the Things You Are Grateful For
Stresses and challenges don't seem quite as bad when you are constantly reminding yourself of the things that are right in life. Taking just 60 seconds a day to stop and appreciate the good things will make a huge difference.

3. Look for the Proof Instead of Making Assumptions
A fear of not being liked or accepted sometimes leads us to assume that we know what others are thinking, but our fears are usually not reality. If you have a fear that a friend or family member's bad mood is due to something you did, or that your co-workers are secretly gossiping about you when you turn your back, speak up and ask them. Don't waste time worrying that you did something wrong unless you have proof that there is something to worry about.

4. Refrain from Using Absolutes
Have you ever told a partner "You're ALWAYS late!" or complained to a friend "You NEVER call me!"? Thinking and speaking in absolutes like 'always' and 'never' makes the situation seem worse than it is, and programs your brain into believing that certain people are incapable of delivering.

5. Detach From Negative Thoughts
Your thoughts can't hold any power over you if you don't judge them. If you notice yourself having a negative thought, detach from it, witness it, and don't follow it.

6. Squash the "ANTs"
In his book "Change Your Brain, Change Your Life," Dr. Daniel Amen talks about "ANTs" - Automatic Negative Thoughts. These are the bad thoughts that are usually reactionary, like "Those people are laughing, they must be talking about me," or "The boss wants to see me? It must be bad!" When you notice these thoughts, realize that they are nothing more than ANTs and squash them!

7. Practice Lovin', Touchin' & Squeezin' (Your Friends and Family)
You don't have to be an expert to know the benefits of a good hug. Positive physical contact with friends, loved ones, and even pets, is an instant pick-me-up. One research study on this subject had a waitress touch some of her customers on the arm as she handed them their checks. She received higher tips from these customers than from the ones she didn't touch!

8. Increase Your Social Activity
By increasing social activity, you decrease loneliness. Surround yourself with healthy, happy people, and their positive energy will affect you in a positive way!

9. Volunteer for an Organization, or Help another Person
Everyone feels good after helping. You can volunteer your time, your money, or your resources. The more positive energy you put out into the world, the more you will receive in return.

10. Use Pattern Interrupts to Combat Rumination
If you find yourself ruminating, a great way to stop it is to interrupt the pattern and force yourself to do something completely different. Rumination is like hyper-focus on something negative. It's never productive, because it's not rational or solution-oriented, it's just excessive worry. Try changing your physical environment - go for a walk or sit outside. You could also call a friend, pick up a book, or turn on some music.

When it comes to the corporate world, protocol is pretty much the religion. To know the things needed to do are the basics of productivity, but interaction and having a steady mind makes up the entire thing to true productivity. There are those who seem to work well even under pressure, but they're uncommon ones and we are human and imperfect. To get these little things like stress under our skins won't solve our problems. Sometimes it takes a bit of courage to admit that we're turning to be workaholics than tell ourselves that we're not doing our best.

A Piece of Blarney Stone

10 ways to empower your communication

The Blarney Stone is a historical stone, or actually part of the Blarney Castle in Ireland where it was believed that kissing the stone can grant you the gift of gab. Yeah, it seems strange in this day and age, but who are we to question tradition? It's not like I'm saying that Santa Claus doesn't exist (OOPS!).

There is so much to know about conversation that anyone, even I, could ever realize. You can go though watching talk shows; radio programs; clubs dedicated to public speaking; ordinary conversations; certain rules still apply when it comes to interaction through words. It may sound tedious, I know, but even though it's your mouth that's doing the work, your brain works twice as hard to churn out a lot of things you know. So what better way to start learning to be an effective communication is to know the very person closest to you: yourself.

1. What you know.
Education is all about learning the basics, but to be an effective speaker is to practice what you've learned. My stint as guest at every Toastmasters' meeting I go to taught me that we all have our limitations, but that doesn't mean we can't learn to keep up and share what we know.

2. Listening.
It's just as important as asking questions. Sometimes listening to the sound of our own voice can teach us to be a little bit confident with ourselves and to say the things we believe in with conviction.

3. Humility
We all make mistakes, and sometimes we tend to slur our words, stutter, and probably mispronounce certain words even though we know what it means, but rarely use it only to impress listeners. So in a group, don't be afraid to ask if you're saying the right word properly and if they're unsure about it then make a joke out of it. I promise you it'll make everyone laugh and you can get away with it as well.

4. Eye Contact
There's a lot to say when it comes to directing your attention to your audience with an eye-catching gaze. It's important that you keep your focus when talking to a large group in a meeting or a gathering, even though he or she may be gorgeous.

5. Kidding around
A little bit of humor can do wonders to lift the tension, or worse boredom when making your speech. That way, you'll get the attention of the majority of the crowd and they'll feel that you're just as approachable, and as human to those who listen.

6. Be like the rest of them
Interaction is all about mingling with other people. You'll get a lot of ideas, as well as knowing what people make them as they are.

7. Me, Myself, and I
Admit it, there are times you sing to yourself in the shower. I know I do! Listening to the sound of your own voice while you practice your speech in front of a mirror can help correct the stress areas of your pitch. And while you're at it you can spruce up as well.

8. With a smile
A smile says it all much like eye contact. There's no point on grimacing or frowning in a meeting or a gathering, unless it's a wake. You can better express what you're saying when you smile.

9. A Role Model
There must be at least one or two people in your life you have listened to when they're at a public gathering or maybe at church. Sure they read their lines, but taking a mental note of how they emphasize what they say can help you once you take center stage.

Zap Your Reality Challenge!

10. Preparation
Make the best out of preparation rather than just scribbling notes and often in a hurried panic. Some people like to write things down on index cards, while other resort to being a little more silly as they look at their notes written on the palm of their hand (not for clammy hands, please). Just be comfortable with what you know since you enjoy your work.

And that about wraps it up. These suggestions are rather amateurish in edgewise, but I've learned to empower myself when it comes to public or private speaking and it never hurts to be with people to listen how they make conversations and meetings far more enjoyable as well as educational.

"Life With Woody" 10 Inspirational Quotes That Can Improve Your Life

"Life With Woody" 10 Inspirational Quotes That Can Improve Your Life

It might take a little coffee or probably a few rounds of beer or any other booze you could get your hands on when it comes to relaxing after a hard day's work. Well, yeah I'm guilty about that one as well, unless I'm caught dead wearing a lampshade over my head after a few rounds of vodka… half-naked! Okay, bad example and I apologize to everyone reading this after getting nightmares about me in that state of drunken stupor.

Just don't ask how it happened, please.

But what's really interesting is that how do people go through the usual part of life when faced with vein-popping stress? I mean, the new age thing like Zen or yoga is one of the good things and it actually works. Is there room for the intellectual side of people who can actually smell the roses-in-a-can while on the move? It kind of had me thinking that there really must be something in this 'mind-over-matter' thing.

Humor is indeed the best medicine there is whenever you are. I mean anyone can pay good money to listen to a comedian just to make you wet your pants after laughing so hard. Despite of what's been happening, and to those who have gone through the ordeal, it's better to just laugh while facing the troubles with a clear mind than anger with a clouded vision. One of my favorite celebrities of all time may have to be Woody Allen. Now this is one guy who gives you the in-your-face bluntness that he pulls out with gusto, even without even trying. You can talk just about anything with a man, and he's bound to mock the subject and you'll end up laughing rather than being upset about it.

Woody Allen has this to say:

1. "Money is better than poverty, if only for financial reasons." It sounds good to me, I mean the practicality of all things does involve money but it doesn't have to take an arm and a leg to get it.

2. "I believe there is something out there watching us. Unfortunately, it's the government." 'Nuff said.

3. "There are worse things in life than death. Have you ever spent an evening with an insurance salesman?" This happens to be one of the classic ones. I mean the issue about life's little problems isn't all that bad, until 'he' shows up.

Sure, relationships can get complicated, or does have its complications that probably any author about relationships is bound to discover it soon. We follow what our heart desires, unless you're talking about the heart as in the heart that pump blood throughout your body.

4. "Love is the answer, but while you're waiting for the answer, sex raises some pretty interesting questions." And if you want more, just keep on asking!

5. "A fast word about oral contraception. I asked a girl to go to bed with me, she said 'no'." It sounds, 'practical', I think.

And when it comes to everyday life, he really knows how to make the best out of every possible scenario, and it doesn't involve a lawsuit if he strikes a nerve.

6. "Basically my wife was immature. I'd be at home in the bath and she'd come in and sink my boats." I never had a boat in my bathtub before. Just staring at it while soaking in hot water makes me seasick already.

7. "I am not afraid of death, I just don't want to be there when it happens." If it rains, it pours.

8. "I am thankful for laughter, except when milk comes out of my nose." It could get worse when you're guzzling on beer… or mouthwash, and it happened to me once!

9. "If you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans." At least he doesn't smite us with lightning, and I'm thankful for that.

And despite of what may happen to all of us in the next ten, twenty, or even thirty years, I guess we all have to see things in a different kind of light and not just perspective. I can't seem to imagine life without any piece of wisdom that could guide us. Whether we're religious or not, it takes more courage to accept your fears and learn how to deal with them is all that matters when it comes to even just getting along.

And to sum things up, here is the last nugget of wisdom to go by… however, whenever, and wherever we may be.

10. "The talent for being happy is appreciating and liking what you have, instead of what you don't have."

Ciao!

Why Gratitude is the Key to Getting Anything You Want

By Jeff Staniforth

When it comes to worldly affairs, the saying, "Seeing is
believing" reigns supreme.

When you *see* someone accomplish something, you start to
*believe* in that person's ability. If a product delivers what it
promises, you then believe that it works. When you see a
"formula" yield positive results, you begin to believe in it.

Evidence is essential in order for people to believe. This has
led to the saying, "I'll believe it when I see it." The proof is
in the pudding.

But in spiritual affairs, the opposite is true. "Believing is
seeing." If you believe first, you will see that thing that you
believe in manifest itself in front of your very eyes. That's a
testament to the awesome power of belief. This has led to another
saying: "I'll see it when I believe it."

However, for most people, believing *is* the problem.

That's why most people who lack conviction when they recite
affirmations, for instance, are missing the secret ingredient
that's necessary to materialize their dreams.

If you've ever encountered some internal resistance when you
first read or speak a positive affirmation, that's an indication
that you do not really believe what you're saying. For example,
how can you really believe the affirmation, "I am perfectly
healthy in body, mind and spirit" when outer appearances point to
the contrary (e.g., you're sick or in pain)?

An important part of believing is to feel "as if it has already
happened." I have found that one of the best ways to evoke that
feeling is to express *gratitude* after you recite an
affirmation.

Just saying the words, "Thank you" after you state your
affirmation reinforces the belief that the universe (or God, or
your Creator, or whatever name you call the Supreme Being) has
already set about the fulfillment of your desire. You may not see
your affirmed desire fully manifested yet at the present time,
but expressing thanks makes you believe that what you've asked
for is already done. Thereafter, you have a sense of expectancy
that what you desire will eventually come to fruition.

If there was ever a "formula" for manifesting desires, this is
it. Ancient spiritual manuscripts, including the Bible, emphasize
that a single-minded belief is essential in receiving what you
ask for. They also warn against double-mindedness. Know with
absolute and unwavering certainty that what you are affirming is
already yours. "If you can believe, all things are possible to
him who believes." So believe that it's already done by simply
saying "Thank you" or assuming an attitude of gratitude after
affirming what you want. I once heard a wonderful quotation from
an anonymous author that says it profoundly: "We can start with
who we are and what we have today, apply gratitude, then let it
work it's magic. Say thank you, until you mean it. If you say it
long enough, you will believe it. Today will shine the
transforming light of gratitude on all the circumstances of my
life."

TIP: An attitude of gratitude is absolutely essential in your
practice of affirmations. There are also devices, available in
Sculptor, like power symbols, associative trigger symbols,
storytelling visuals, and other stimuli that effectively set an
affirmation on fire -- and therefore makes it infinitely more
capable of effecting the manifestation of your desires. When you

All you have to do is be persistent about working
toward what you want and BINGO! You'll get there!

Being super-smart has nothing to do with success.
The average guy or gal has the same chance of
success as anyone, as long as they work a little
every day towards their goal.

Isn't that great news! You don't have to be special,
or rich or have an advanced degree - you just need
to be persistent!

There is one thing you need to do to keep yourself
motivated toward success. At least it helps me and
I know it works.

"Real students of success love to read about
successful people in their chosen field."

Why?

Because you can 'learn' from them… see what
other successful people are doing - how they
overcame obstacles, setbacks and disappointments.
You can overcome anything once you know how
by using role models.

For example, great students of "creating wealth
from businesses" love to read 'biography of
successful entrepreneurs'.

If the idea of spending your whole week to
read a book turns you off, then think of it as a
learning experience.

If you still hate it... then you probably should consider
a field other than 'starting businesses'. There's no
shame in saying your just not cit out for it. Move on
and do what you really love.

You have a choice to make like find another business
to be in. I love marketing and self-improvement –
whether it's online or offline. It's the most exciting
business I can ever hope to be involved in.

But If I ever stop learning, I'm dead... you have to be
a “student” in business if you're going to succeed
online or offline.

Before I close today, I want to leave you with
an important point.

This lesson is pretty simple but very, very important.

What's the lesson?

Persistency is important to be successful. Second lesson,
ordinary people can be successful. It doesn't take
super-smart people to achieve that.

Can You Really Create Your Own Luck by Using Affirmations?

Have you ever come across people who seem to be lucky in just
about every situation and circumstance? They find a good parking
space when not even bad ones are available. They just happen to
find a $50 bill on the pavement. By some uncanny coincidence,
they meet the right people at just the right time. They land
their dream jobs. They triumph over misfortune. They get the girl
(or guy) in the end -just like in movies with happy endings.

We consider people lucky when, using no apparent effort, they
just automatically run into favorable situations that we call
luck. Luck isn't necessarily a result of karma or coincidence. I
believe that these lucky people actually "unconsciously generate"
their so-called luck. They think and behave in ways that create
good fortune in their lives. A large part of this is through a
positive attitude or mindset, and how better to instill a
positive attitude or mindset than through affirmations?

Anthony Robbins relates the story of a man who, after using a
wealth affirmation for just a few days, won several million
dollars in a state lottery. Some people would call that a
coincidence. Some would call it providence. But whatever you call
it, it's certainly worthy of further investigation.

Serendipity is defined as the faculty or phenomenon of finding
valuable or agreeable things not sought for. That, too, is
something we call luck. But what if you could find valuable or
agreeable things that you actually are seeking -and what if you
could do it at will?

There are affirmation techniques that empower you to achieve your
desires and dreams in ways that appear to be pure luck. You can
actually attract good luck in ever area of your life - and make
it look easy while doing it.

Richard Wiseman, the head of a psychology research department at
the University of Hertfordshire in England, and author of the
book, "The Luck Factor," did in-depth studies with his colleagues
at the university's Perrott-Warrick Research Unit focusing on
what makes some people lucky and others not. After conducting
hundreds of experiments and thousands of interviews, he
discovered that lucky people think and behave in ways that create
good fortune in their lives. They are 1) particularly open to
possibility; and 2) they expect good fortune to come their way.

These 2 cornerstones are the basis of the following power
affirmations that maximize your mind's potential for bringing
good luck into your life:

* I am always in the right place at the right time.
* I expect the best and I get it NOW!
* I always get everything that is for my highest good.
* Everything good is coming to me easily and effortlessly.
* I am divinely guided in all I do.
* I expect life to give me what is best for me.
* I deserve the best and it comes to me NOW!
* This is a rich universe and there is plenty for all of us.
* I now eagerly await my greatest good.
* I expect good fortune every moment of my life.
* I am open to receive the abundant good that God has for me.
* God is the source of all my good, I look only to Him for my
supply.
* I envision only that which is for my highest good.
* My highest good is manifesting in my life right now.

* God's wealth is circulating in my life. His wealth flows to me
in avalanches of abundance. All my needs, desires and goals are
met instantaneously because I am one with God, and God is
everything.

Note that many of the above affirmations call upon your "highest
good." That's because when you summon your highest good, amazing
things can happen.

The last in the above list is the word-for-word affirmation
Anthony Robbins personally used. He went from being in a state of
poverty, living in a tiny one-bedroom apartment (where he used to
wash dishes in the bath tub), being clinically obese and having
no girlfriend - to becoming a millionaire, achieving his ideal
weight and becoming physically fit, living in a real-life castle
(with turrets) by the ocean with his dream woman -- all within a
year's time.

TIP: As luck would have it, there's a revolutionary approach to
affirmations that virtually turns you into a luck magnet. When
you go to www.affirmware.com.au you'll discover how to improve your odds at becoming lucky in every area of your
life.

If you want to follow Henry David Thoreau's suggestion about
sculpting your life by changing your thoughts, you may want to
receive some help from software that's designed to add octane
power to your affirmations. According to Chuck Gallozzi, author

“I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead”

By Jon Benson

Here’s a great story.

I have an old friend who “planned for the moments.” He spent more time getting ready to live than he ever spent living.

While I was digging in the trenches of real-world coaching and fat-burning, he was going to school.

Not just one school, mind you — endless courses on the next best thing.

Manifest Life Manifestation Portal

There's a place on the Internet where you can meet the best manifestation masters in the world, the place where you can learn from them, the place where you can apply their teachings and find their secrets to manifest anything you want in life.

I know such a place. It's a membership site with lots of wonderful lessons on manifestation and deliberate creation.

All the mentors inside the site are fantastic and every lesson can improve your life dramatically.

Because each of us is a different individual and we learn differently, so the manifestation portal with many different manifestation masters is the best place to find something which we need and can easily apply in our lives.

Manifest Life’s Manifestation Portal is a one-time-fee membership site created by Barry Goss.

The main part of the site is an ongoing audio interview series" Conversation with the World Top Manifestation Mentors."

There are currently 25 manifestation mentors with over 50 hours of audio conversations and lessons.
The lessons are simply wonderful! You will find some very famous and great teachers there. Most of them are very well-known and highly respected self improvement mentors. Some of them were featured in the famous movie "The Secret".

They teach about all kinds of topics which can help you to manifest your desires and live a happy and fulfilling life.
Listening to their lessons is very inspiring and helpful.

Another part of the membership is a section called "Secret M-Files". They have some really great stuff there, like:

• "The Father of Motivation" teaches "Secrets to an Inspirational Life"
• "The $100 Million Dollar Man" teaches the method of “Instant Manifestation".
• "The Master of Masters" teaches how to become magnet to money and how to get into action.

There are also another "Secret M-Files", manifesting mentors. They teach different advanced-level topics about manifestation
Many of them have some very valuable bonuses for you in addition to their already wonderful conversations with Barry.
One of the secret mentors, "The $100 Million Dollar Man" mentioned above, gives a free copy of his complete personal development program. This could easily cost you a few hundred dollars to buy elsewhere. But it’s free for members of the Manifestation Portal.

You will also find in the Manifestation Portal some great meditations, visualizations, and hypnosis audios that you can use daily to bring more abundance, success and happiness into your life.

Another great section of the membership site is the Library. There are tons of audios, videos, e-books, reports and articles in the library, which will help you to understand the secrets of manifestation.

There’s too much content in the Manifestation Portal to describe everything here in detail. You can watch VIDEO TOUR to get an idea or you can read more about the Manifestation Portal here

Thoughts Become Things

We are where we are, because of our thoughts in the past. Thoughts become things. We consciously or subconsciously always think about something. The problem is that we usually think more about things we don’t want, than about the things we want. It doesn’t matter if we want or don’t want something, we’ll get what we mostly think about.

Jack Canfield's Success Principles

I’ve learned about the success principles from Jack Canfield. In his book “The Success Principles”, Jack Canfield presents the sixty-four principles which, if learned and practiced, can help everyone to realize their goals. The principles that he teaches are timeless. He did not invent them, but collected them from many successful people. He has learned and practiced them himself, and has presented them in his excellent book. He was able to present the great knowledge in a clear and easy to understand way.
I’ve chosen and briefly described the ten principles from Canfield’s book which I think are most important.

Gratitude and the Law of Attraction

Gratitude or appreciation of what we already have is necessary to attract things we want. Every day when you wake up try to be thankful. Think about the good things in your live you should be thankful for. Appreciate your job (even if you don’t like it). Feel gratitude for a place to live. If you have some food, some friends or anything else you can find to appreciate, appreciate it. A lot of people don’t have enough even basic things like food, water and their own place to live. It’s natural that you want more, that you want to improve your standard of life, but first you need to feel gratitude for what you already have.

The Law of Attraction and the News

I’ve read a very good book “Influence” by Robert Cialdini. I started reading the book because of my interest in marketing, but in the chapter “Social Proof” I’ve found something very interesting connected with manifestation and the law of attraction.

In this chapter Dr Cialdini gives interesting statistics: immediately after highly publicized suicide stories the number of people who die in commercial-airline crashes increases by 1,000 percent. The number of people who die in car crashes increases dramatically as well.

The author analyzes the reasons why so many people die in crashes after highly publicized suicides. The first suggestion is that people commit suicides because of stressful socio-economic conditions. While some people commit suicides in such conditions, the others because of stress, become angry or nervous or impatient or distracted and cause fatal crashes.

But the socio-economic conditions are not the reason. The increase in accidents happens only in places where the suicides are highly publicized. In the places with the same conditions or even worst, if the suicides are not publicized, there is no increase in airplane and car crashes.

Manifestation and the Importance of Living in the Present

Do you sometimes observe your mind? In the ancient Vedic scripture Bhagavad-Gita, Krishna says to Arjuna “One must deliver himself with the help of his mind, and not degrade himself. The mind is the friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well. For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy.”

When you start observing your mind first thing you might notice is that you don’t control it. How many times you have read something, sometimes even trying to really concentrate on the subject, but then you caught yourself thinking about something completely different at the same time?

Think BIG - Dream BIGGER to Manifest Your Life

There is the story of the kindergarten teacher who asks a child what she is drawing. "I'm drawing a picture of God," the child replies. "But, sweetheart," says the teacher, "no one knows what God looks like." They will in a minute!" says the child.

Now, that is a perfect example of Thinking BIG !!

Big Thinkers possess this childlike faith. Not a childish faith that lacks maturity and understanding, but an attitude of deep faith in themselves. If you are a big thinker, you have an inner voice that asks "why not" and "what if" and you're in tune with your own skills, talents, and abilities to SEE the unseen or create the uncreatable.

Here's another example of a Big Thinker:

Manifesting Naturally - In 2 Easy Steps

Manifesting your desires is a very natural process that can get very complicated very quickly if you force the process. Being attached to a certain outcome is one of the quickest roads to disappointment. You must be open to the possibility that there is a greater intelligence in you that will create circumstances to help you better learn how to use your power of manifestation and in getting clear with your intent.

Do You Know What's The #1 Success Secret Is?

How many people do you hear complaining about their job, where they live, how little money they have, or how they can never take a vacation?

How many times have you heard those same people, when they hear about someone else who made a lot of money from an idea, say, “I could have done that!” But yet, they didn’t.

And they continue to complain about where they are in life.

A friend of mine owns a dog grooming business, and she buys supplies from another pet business in town.

One day, as she talked to the owner, she found out that the owner’s husband made liver treats for dogs—he bought liver at wholesale, cut it into thin strips, dried it, packaged it, and retailed it to pet businesses. Eventually he got a contract with a distribution company and was doing very well with what started out as a simple side business.

Why Do Some Affirmations *Work* - and Others Don't?

By definition, an affirmation is a statement repeated time and again either verbally or mentally -- or written down. The words of the affirmation statement - in themselves -when spoken, thought of, or written *without* a pictorial (visualized) or emotional connection -- make a very weak affirmation.

Affirmations, when worded correctly -- and when emotionally charged - are able to tap into the unlimited creative power of your subconscious mind, and manifest your desires.

Affirmations are not all created equal. Some are, of course, better than others. There are *power affirmations* that have been proven again and again to work - and I'll reveal some of them in a moment.

When you examine the structure of these power affirmations, you, too, can learn how to create your own powerful affirmations for your specific purposes.

The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind

I'll be honest with you.

I'm not the best person to write about this because I'm not an expert on this topic.

But, I have to write about it somehow because I'm currently practicing it and it seems to be very powerful so far.

There are many self-improvement strategies that use the subconscious mind. Most of them have labeled it with another name.

In fact, Napoleon Hill, author of Think And Grow Rich taught about it in his book as well.

Since then, there are many books related to how to use the subconscious mind to improve your life. I personally think that The Science Of Getting Rich uses subconscious strategies to increase wealth.

With that said, I want to share with you 4 sub-conscious 'programming methods' I'm practicing each day now to improve my success in life.

How to Attract Love Through Affirmations

by Jeff Staniforth

Love is that ethereal experience that makes us feel completely alive. Where every sense is heightened, every emotion is magnified, our everyday reality is transcended, and life seems worthwhile. Love is the ultimate nourishment of the soul.

It is said that the entire array of human needs is rooted in our need for love. Our yearning for fame, fortune and material things all boil down to our need to be acknowledged, respected, admired - and above all, loved.

No truer words have been said than those that George Sand wrote: "There is only one happiness in life, to love and be loved."

The good news is, you can develop the skill to live a full and joyful life, enhanced by love -- and experience all the profound manifestations that love brings. Employing positive, loving affirmations will help you develop that skill.

Manifestation and the Source

When I watched Wayne Dyer’s video “Power of Intention” it dawned on me that while I am trying different Manifestation techniques, maybe I forget about the most important thing, the Source of Everything.

Everybody who has read and learned about Manifestation, Law of Attraction and Wealth Attraction, usually reads or listens about different techniques like affirmations and visualizations.

We rarely hear or read about Intention. Wayne Dyer explains that Intention is the connection with the Source (you can call It God, Krishna, Buddha, the Source of Energy or any other names, depending on your religion, background or tradition) which is responsible for everything in our lives.
